 The estimated trip cost is $3,000–$3,500 CAD per person, plus airfare. 

This includes hotels with breakfast, ground transportation, airport transfers, private van tours, and admission to cultural sites. 

Airfare is additional and typically ranges from $1,500–$2,000 CAD per person for economy travel. 

We prefer to arrange group airfare through our travel agency, as this may reduce costs and simplify airport coordination. Travel medical insurance is required. Other meals, personal transportation, tips, and souvenirs are not included. Current exchange rate (June 2026): 1 CAD = 110 NPR.
